Constipation
An inability to have regular and easy bowel movements, often associated with bloating.
The common causes of constipation in adults:
- Medication use (Anticholinergics, Antidepressants and Calcium)
- Laxative Habit
- Poor Diet (High Carbohydrates and Low Fiber)
- Inflammation of the Anus
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
- Decreased Defecation Reflex
- Partial Bowel Obstruction
- Hemorrhoids

- Rectal Fissures
- Abnormal Feeding, Dehydration (in Infants)
